What a brilliant decision from Hussin not to flag for the third
Newcastle goal.
That was so tight and called it spot on without the need for
VAR to come in and overrule.

Really outstanding decision from Ian Hussin. Tight crossover on
a high line so late in the game would be so easy to get wrong.

No complaints on the officiating last night. There had been some
concern expressed by Newcastle fans online that an official from
so close to Merseyside was appointed given that Liverpool are
chasing so hard for a top four place, not sure which team (if
any) Mr Jones follows, but any such fears were obviously
unfounded.
One interesting stat I saw this morning was that Joelinton
committed 8 fouls in the game. He’s the first player since 2010
to commit that many fouls in a PL game without a yellow card.
