1990 F.A. Cup Final Officials

Came across this photo on Facebook of the 1990 F.A. Cup Final. I
recognise Allan Gunn from Burgess Hill (Sussex F.A.) as the
Referee but I don't know the Linesmen. According to Wikipedia,
they are Messrs. L. Watson and C. Reeve. Anybody know anything
about them? I don't recall either as being promoted subsequently
to the Referees' list. Reserve Official was Roger Milford from
Bristol (Gloucestershire F.A.) (not in photo).
