No surprise to see 2 referees that have had trial matches in the
EFL this season feature in the National League Premier Games.
Jacob Lehane who was promoted to the assistant referee national
list mid season returns to the National League for the playoff
games.
Surprising to see Ruebyn Ricardo featuring only in the
semifinals stage given his excellent appointments this season,
appears to be a similar treatment to Lewis Smith playoffs wise.
The National League North/South referees are interesting. 2 were
promoted mid season to 2A (along with Watkins who is a 4O).
Ricardo is on the ERDP so Mr Baines must have had a good season.
That leaves only Ben Atkinson who was promoted to 2A midseason
who hasnt featured so far. Similarly 3 of the 4 referees
appointed to the FA Vase quarter finals have featured with John
Mulligan missing so far. Maybe the finals may see these two
referees featuring?

Referee: Tallis, Scott
Assistant Referee: Spender, Oliver
Assistant Referee: Rothwell, Sean
Fourth Official: Duckworth, Ed
Mr Tallis looking very assured in testing conditions. Correct
penalty (decent save)
4th Duckworth looks like he should have parent's permission to
be out, very youthful

Some excellent non penalty decisions both at the end of normal
time and the start of extra time - very impressed

Matt Corlett wasn't a name I was expecting although to be fair I
haven't seen him in action or heard much about him. This
appointment must put him in line for the EFL next season.

Wish I done the lottery at the same time 😁.
Congratulations to all the referees involved. Matt Corlett must
be a strong contender for Promotion to the National List.
Likewise John Mulligan must be close to promotion to the
National League Premier.

Matt Corlett must of had a strong season with it being his 1st
at 2A only did the National league north final last season.

Watched quite a bit of the National League play offs and was
really impressed by the standard of refereeing overall. Ben
Wyatt especially impressive.
