       Very iffy decision for the penalty in the first place. If a
       player wants to win a ball in the air he can’t be expected to
       keep his foot down.
       However as the penalty is taken a Cardiff player is that far in
       the box he’s practically on the 6 yard line. How Webb and his
       assistant can miss such a basic and obvious infringement is
       seriously worrying.
