Look forward to a £65000 fine for Liverpool for surrounding the
referee. The behaviour of the Liverpool players in the first
half was disgraceful that they resorted to kicking the arsenal
players summed up by serial offender Fabinho getting booked!
Best I’ve seen Tierney in a big game. Not perfect but hard to be
in a game like that. Maintains control throughout and cautions
maintained that. Good call on penalty and managed to keep 22 on
field which didn’t think would happen.

Want to add that if Robertson had done similair to an attacker
as he had ‘done’ to to him and he was sent off then Klopp,
Liverpool et al wouldn’t shut it for several weeks. If it’s
acceptable for player on player why is it not acceptable for
official vs player?

Been out for a few tonight
A point made by some, looking at Hadzidakis...if he'd meant to
elbow him in the throat, Robertson wouldn't have got up yet
😁😁

It’s unclear if Robertson makes contact with Hatzidakis (think
Robertson is angry about the ridiculous free kick he gave to
Jesus, the pre ire League sniper must be back)
Having also patted Saka on the back
Elbowing Robertson was dreadful whatever happened to him before.
He should have been replaced at HT.

Where was Hatzidakis going anyway?
At half time most Assistants on the tunnel side just walk off,
he wasn’t even heading int he direction of Tierney anyway.

No they don't, in England the officials always meet in the
middle before walking off. He was clearly on his way to there
when Robertson approached and grabbed him.
And to your point that he should have been replaced at half
time, replaced by who? Craig Pawson was the 4th official and I
would hazard a guess he hasn't run the line on a game for at
least 15 years.

Where was the YC for Henderson? Having spouted one long tirade
at Tierney (which Tierney did not seem to want to listen to) he
then immediately had another go at him.

There was a lot going on, Tierney did very well to keep a lid on
everything. That was his main priority. One small error in this
case did him the greater good.

Not sure I can agree with this list at all. Even more so without
Attwell.

We moan about the press and TV criticising officials, sometimes
its just as bad on here. As far as I was concerned the match
was perfectly well controlled with no major mistakes and if it
had been a high profile official like Michael Oliver everyone
would be saying how well a difficult match was run
