Overall, I think Tierney has had a fairly good game so far but
totally overshadowed by the conduct of Constantine Hatzidakis.
One criticism of Tierney would be dishing out the yellow card to
Alexander-Arnold for his (justifiable) protests.

I think there should be a calm reflection of the evidence and to
hear from all relevant parties before the proverbial “book” is
thrown at anyone (if at all).

Would be surprised if that’s a police charge to be honest. Not
part of the game is it?

Only 2 people know what’s occurred here and video footage is not
enough to start throwing the book at people. I find it
interesting that Robertson hasn’t reacted, (in the clips I have
seen) no protest to the referee, no refusal of Liverpool to come
out in the second half. All things that you would fully expect
if a match official had “assaulted” a player.
People should be very cautious about slinging accusations until
the evidence is out

Seems officials get a lot more benefit of the doubt here than
players.
Video evidence was enough to convict mitrovic but not enough
here

Robertson got cautioned in his protestations to Paul Tierney at
the half time whistle so somethings definitely did occur

No he hasn't, the players have.
If Arsenal don't get three points here and that ends up costing
them the league there will be one person to blame, and that
isn't Paul Tierney. It will be Granit Xhaka, his total lack of
discipline has moved this game from Arsenal being totally in
control to it now being in the balance.

I wouldn’t lay all the blame on Xhaka although that played a
part, our constant time wasting had an effect as well and solely
cost us 2 points

Paul Tierney did very well there. Yes, it got heated before
half time, but as I said before this was down to the players
rather than anything he did (or didn't) do, and he's, as per
observer speak, "seen the game to a safe conclusion".
Obviously the authorities will look at the half time incident.
But Liverpool want to be very careful before throwing any stones
as Robertson has manhandled an official, and that could see him
in Mitrovic style hot water.

I too would be surprised if the police were even remotely
interested.
