       I took have had the pleasure of meeting Graham and he is a
       delightful, courteous and articulate fellow. I believe he was
       involved in editing publications connected with the NHS

       before he was promoted to SG1

       Probably why I have it in my head he worked for the NHS!

       And after he was promoted as well.  That article is from 2018,
       he was promoted to SG1 in 2015.

       I think that you are correct and the same applies for Andre
       Marriner.  I would have thought both are likely to finish at the
       end of the season and I think in both cases it has been one
       season too many.

       Why is this any different to "waving a card" as they are both
       done to try to influence the referee's decision making? However
       the outcome was quite different for both situations.
