I was pleased with him tbh , Accrington were horrible, foul foul
foul , the guy who got two yellows didn’t I think make contact
either time but he was just out of control both times , it
seemed to me the tactics from them were to disrupt and upset
.glad that’s out of the way

I thought Mr Bell missed a clear yellow for Wilson for a
“professional” trip from behind at 0-2. He gave the free kick
but not the card. Accrington were clearly aggrieved and I think
rightly so.
I suspect Accrington fans won’t be happy with him. But the two
yellows that led to the sending off both seemed fair to me.

I don't think it matters who the ref is at the moment with
Stanley's insistence on playing anti-football not very well and
determination to finish every match with less than the required
amount of players. It's a tragedy that a team and a manager who
a few years ago were playing some of the best football I have
ever seen are reduced to the dark arts and I quote "hoping we
will get something from long throws, corners and free kicks".
It's the third consecutive time that Marc Edwards has been
appointed to a match involving Stanley and been replaced prior
to the match. Has also happened twice with Adam Herczeg this
season.
