       West Brom v Wigan - R Welch

       This was a poor game in which fortunately not much was going on.
       IMO a few 'basic' fouls were missed leading to frustration from
       both sets of players.
       It would have been easier to have awarded these expected fouls
       and moved on.
       There appeared to be a lack of consistency at times too, with.
       It's possible Ms Welch fell into the trap of coming down to the
       level of the game instead of maintaining a high standard.
       Something i suppose we can all be guilty of at times...
       Overall, probably not one of her better performances.
       Maybe this was just a small blip?

       The referee can make a good game poor, but the referee cant make
       a poor game good.
