Both Barnes and Foley performed well.
A YC issued for head contact when absorbing the hit (passive not
dominant) early on in LEINOR
No sanction for head contact where playing making genuine
attempt to tackle ball carrier "hit" the latcher. A very good
piece of refereeing by Foley
