       Personally instead of a club charged with failing to control
       players, I would like individual players to be charged with
       misconduct and if appropriate suspended.
       That would have a much bigger impact and I am sure improve
       things rather rapidly!

       Absolutely no chance of that ever happenning.
       The only way is for every referee to do his job, very little
       chance of that happenning either.
       Even if they implimented it, it wouldnt last very long just like
       all the other intiitives they have tried they just go back to
       type
