David Coote> Fulham v Chelsea

Again, like Monday, you don't know whether he'll blow for a foul
or not for every tackle that goes in. Missed a clear YC for
Adarabioyo as well.

Well fifteen minutes in and it’s not good at all. Azpilicueta
not carded for a foul, Adarybioyo missed card too and Pereira is
carded in frustration at the inconsistency when he fouled
Zakaria.

Coote is sadly a shadow of his former self he looks like his
lost all confidence. He is a shadow of the ref who came into the
PL a few years ago and was decisive made big decisions, got the
card out when he needed to and consistently…. Now his missing
mandatories and all sorts he needs to rediscover that ruthless
confidence he had because sadly I don’t know who I am watching
and sadly his face paints his not enjoying himself

Not sure how Coote has given a corner when it clearly didn’t
touch a Chelsea player… 🙄

Terrible challenge by Felix and definitely a red card.

Clear red card. Took far to long to pull it out though. Dreadful
reaction from Fulham and Chelsea players. Yet again, no
punishment, let’s see if the FA react with a insignificant fine.
Coote could have helped himself a quick red card draw would have
helped.

Not impressed at all with Coote tonight…. The first half was
woeful.
Second half was less of a challenge after the red card.
As a Fulham fan… Top six at this stage…. Astonished.

My favourite decision was when Coote took out Harrison Reed and
correctly awarded Fulham a free-kick. Got most things right but
definitely inconsistency in the award of yellow cards

No it wouldn't, quick red cards are very much discouraged these
days unless you have an imminent riot on your hands. This
wasn't the case, and he would have been speaking to his
colleagues to make sure what he thought he had seen is what had
actually happened. That's called teamwork, and how he dealt
with the red card was close to perfection.

Bet Fulham don't get charged for surrounding the ref
