Crewe Alexandra FC (First Team) v AFC Wimbledon (First Team)

Assistant Referee: Freeman, Lee
Assistant Referee: Topp, Jake
Fourth Official: Parry, Matthew
A dreadful game refereed by a very inconsistent referee. Not a
good combination after Crewe had lowered their prices to attract
families to the game. Chris seemed to spend much of the
afternoon waving his arms around, giving free kicks for some
fouls and ignoring others, and generally upsetting fans in both
home and away stands with some baffling decisions. It was the
first time I had seen Chris in action and I hope for better if
/when he returns to the Alex.

This match cost me £200 winnings in my 9 fold accumulator as I
had both teams to score…. 😤🤬🙄

Meant to mention that the only thing which stood out on the
pitch yesterday was Pollard's y****w shirt, a beacon in an
otherwise dark and dismal afternoon!

Crewe do seem to be off the boil recently.
They are usually a safe team to have in an accumulator but they
really do mess it up sometimes!!
