So I am on record as feeling that Mr H is the equal poorest
official alongside mr sargison in the efl but today I thought he
had a good game , he got very little wrong was clear and firm,
fair handed and his match control was excellent as he kept a
tight grip during periods where the match threatened to boil .
       The negative points:
He is still far far too theatrical for my liking and the reason
this riles me is this is a learned behaviour, I once assessed mr
h at level 4 there was none of that evident then so why now? In
fact on that day I thought he was the best official I had seen
       locally.
He could do with trimming down somewhat, he runs like a jumbo
       jet with one engine.
This is the fifth time I’ve seen him at efl level and it has to
be said he has improved every time and there is little more you
can ask from a newer official than to improve. I wish him well
and hope he continues his improvement.

He was OK. Extremely theatrical and it seemed as though he got a
new whistle for Christmas. On ocassions to quick to get the
yellow out, and was often unclear who he was issuing the card
       to.
Although, he did well to keep with play and played a top
advantage for the 3rd Argyle goal.

I personally thought all his yellow cards were spot on, the game
could easily have got away from him without them so despite me
being anti excessive use of cards, i thought he used them and
       his whistle to great effect.
