Madley leads the way with three PL middles with CPL vs FUL, MAN
C vs EVE and ARS vs NEW. Rob Jones getting two big games, south
coast derby of SOT vs BHA and WOL vs MNU. Taylor looks like he
was only going to have one game but i assume one or both of
Kavanagh and Harrington had to pull out for personal
reasons/injury.
I'm happy as an Arsenal fan getting Oliver then Taylor then
Madley.
Most refs getiing two games, allbeit some of their games being
in the championship.

One or two mentioning Darren Bond's age. 43 but think Peter
Walton was around that if my memory serves me well

Stand outs for me:
Most notably (IMO), Andy Madley with 3 fixtures - including
Arsenal v Newcastle (1st v 3rd) and Man City
Michael Salisbury with Manchester United
Darren Bond with a fixture - looks like one originally for
Kavanagh looking at the AR combination
Rob Jones with an interesting couple of fixtures
Thomas Bramall with a bottom of the table (19th v 20th) clash
Paul Tierney getting the one traditional 'big 6' clash (which is
actually 8th v 2nd)

Bond has picked up some meaty championship games so clearly a PL
match was on the radar of the powers that be.
Grandad Walton did start aged 43 in the PL (2003-2012) as well
so if Bond is elevated we have a precedent set.
Could be a sign of new FIFA teams given the pairings and the new
white badges that Jones, Gillett and Brooks will be showing off.
And Marriner at AFCB… guaranteed yellow just for bmb at Xmas!

I have a feeling Graham Scott was mid 40s when he was promoted
too, possibly even older than Walton

Hoping bmb won't be too ****-a-hoop after the game as the Palace
are involved. Wish I could be there but alas not this time.
Andre awarded Palace a penalty a couple of weeks ago for a foul
on Zaha in a friendly match at Selhurst Park. Hopefully Zaha
might be able to persuade AM to do similar in the game at AFCB.
The pity is that Zaha missed the penalty in a 0-0 draw.
Edit - here we go again, you know what the **** stands for and
it is not a feature of the male fraternity on this occasion!

He was 47 when promoted to SG1.
He is now the oldest official ever to officiate in the PL at the
age of 54 if my research is correct.
Grandad retired at 52.

Have these appointments been made by Riley or Webb? If the
latter brilliant to see Bond with a PL game , and also Jones and
Salisbury on Man Utd matches
