       Leyton Orient v Gillingham - Charles Breakspear

       On a mild and balmy night, it was time to watch my local team,
       Leyton Orient in a League 2 clash.
       First of all, Charles Breakspear gets some mixed reviews on
       here, but tonight he was absolutely first class. On top of the
       game throughout, he was sensible, having words with players when
       there was a bit of animosity between the teams, only carding
       when necessary (three yellows, all nailed on) and was in total
       charge from minute 1 to 93.
       I like Breakspear’s fitness, rapport with players and he has a
       presence about him that would make any player think twice about
       arguing with him. He also allowed a bit of physical play to go
       without impinging on his performance, he played some good
       advantages and just did the job how I like to see it done.
       Breakspear is an experienced League 1/2 referee now and I think
       he could do a good job higher up the scale. Very impressive
       display and the only member of his team that was below par was
       the main stand side assistant, who seemed to guess a lot of the
       time and incurred the wrath of the home punters.
       Hard fought win for Orient, and a first class display from
       Charles Breakspear.

       Mr Breakspear used to be one of the most unfit referees on the
       National List - then, all of a sudden, he must have changed his
       training regime, because now he's one of the fittest! He
       deserves a shot at SG2 if not even SG1.
