       Certainly true in the PL. I know István Kovacs, as an example,
       has almost given as many cards to someone on the bench as he has
       on the pitch, both domestically in Romania and in Europe, we see
       it regularly in Hungary/Romania/Serbia/Slovakia/Latvia.
