       I thought it was a very harsh decision.
       Kelly trying to turn his back on him, so arms are in a natural
       position, blasted from about 2 yards away.
       If thats a penalty, then attackers may as well just blast the
       ball at the defender and hope to get the decision.
       However, credit to Oliver for not listening to VAR and sticking
       with his own decision after viewing it again. (even if I think
       it was wrong)

       He has turned into it so I disagree that it is harsh but this is
       why this site is good with so many contrasting decisions

       In terms of natural justice this was not the right outcome.
       However, the game is governed by its Laws; not natural justice.
       As DG said on "Ref Watch" it is now expected that this type of
       handball "offence" is penalised and Michael Oliver has
       reasserted that after the OFR.
