       Christopher Kidd from Bloxham near Banbury was on the initial
       list issued for this season but is not to be found on it now.
       Anyone know more?

       Which of the 32 London boroughs would you put for "London"
       referees Neil Davies and Scott Williams?
       Both were academically bright and have ended up working in "The
       City"
       Davies was from West Kirby in Cheshire before going on to Oxford
       Uni
       and Williams more recently from Middlesbrough
