Current Referee Names (Upton Format)

Does anyone have a full set of current Select 1 & Select 2 Group
referees with full names and locations?
I did try and search the forums, but to no avail - so apologies
if this is already out there, and I've missed it.
It was so much easier when referees were known in the format:
'Mr RS Lewis (Great Bookham)', or similar, as listed in the
Upton books of the past.
I do appreciate that locations will now be the area/county,
rather than the town/city, in most cases, but that's fine.
eg: I know Bobby Madden (Mr RA Madden) was based in East
Kilbride, when he was in Scotland, but does anyone know where he
is based, now he has moved to England, or are the PGMOL trying
to keep it a secret?

Always thought that Great Bookham is a great place for a Referee
to live. [emoji1]

Quite a lot of supporters think Newark is an apt place to live,
i did chuckle when i read the list which states one sg1 member
resides there.

The new FOOTBALL YEARBOOK that is Utilita and formerly Rothmans
and SKY SPORTS doesn't list any referee or assistant referee
lists at all.
One of my first tasks each year used to be " Hatches and
Despatches" ( new and retired) however sadly that particular
avenue of pleasure is no longer available.😀

And in olden days such dormancy would have affected those
visiting David Wallace and John Lovatt.
