Yes, certainly in the I have seen them given category. However,
I can't recall any other fouls not given. Norwich didn't get a
late penalty against Wigan ( confirmed by Dermot and refwatch as
one ). You win some, you lose some, but the Championship really
is so much better without VAR.

Davies with the worst red card decision of the weekend so far at
Birmingham. Highlights showed no contact

First half Langford was fine. Sunderland cards for cynical,
professional fouls stopping dangerous Stoke attacks. Second half
he seemed to lose the plot with a range of inconsistent
decisions that irked Delap and Brown, which led to their
cautions.
Pritchard's card in the last 10 mins was about the 3rd or 4th
time he kicked the ball away during the game, so Langford
finally took action. A couple of those were at 0-0 as well when
he had blown for a FK or the ball had gone out for a throw-in.
Warned Sunderland GK three/four times for time-wasting but
failed to take real action, as we've seen selected referees go
early with the card. One GK took over 1:30 to take - the usual
put down, look to go short, push everyone to the halfway line,
pick it up and move to other side of six-yard box - just kept
blowing and waving his arm to hurry him up.
Fair to say a mixed bag.
