All the following are located in the broad acres of God's own
county. The places are in random order, not in a sensible
itinerary. Bare in mind that my speling is fawlty - even orful
       at times.
       1. A ghostly town.
       2. For Pratty Flowers and Summer Wine.
       3. The jeicester from Leicester.
       4. Followed by CID.
       5. A Ferrari?
       6. Take water from a Cumbrian lake.
       7. Pace bowler seeking movement off the pitch.

       9. Trevor (or the 2nd half of Zac) in good health.

       12. A comfortable place for people to sit.
       13. Ursa, of sorts, provides relief.
       14. Lo, He comes with clouds descending.
       15. Uncooked bog.
       16. Craik's John was a Gentleman.
       17. A King is located here - Charles I before his execution, but
       not after.
       18. ARs Alan and Richard in tandem.
       19. Ideal for non-flying jet spotters.
       20. Famous for its giant pie.
       21. TV's Angela's lair.

       27. The shade of plumage.
       28. The side of offal.
       29. Bovine optimism.
       30. What a newly engaged couple might do next.
       Good luck!

All four correct. Do you remember the Barnsley Hop, sometimes
known as the Russian Ballet? It was a staple of 1960 social
evenings at youth clubs, with one guy having two female
       partners.

Can't say that I do. Perhaps it didn't cross the Pennines.

A fine effort - eight correct. Numbers 6 and 21are not what I
had in mind. For 21, Angela needs her lair (not in the Scottish
graveyard sense,) or maybe her study.
