Format
(exempt) The Amateur Cup finalists were exempt to the 1st Round
and three Division 3 clubs were exempted to the
3rd Round based on their previous season's record
Flanagan was originally announced for Stockport
and Clayton for W.B.A. in R3 but they were swapped
Note A.W. Smith is listed as a line at
both Fulham & Tottenham H. in R4
1 = Full F.L. Referee in 47-48
2 = Supplementary Referee
3 = Linesman
4 = Not F.L. listed in 47-48
