Sorry how was that a foul never mind a second yellow card, the
Hungary player ran into the England player.
Absolutely criminal decision from a experienced referee

The 2nd Yellow issued to Stones is almost as bad
as England have been. Not even a foul in my book.

Hungary have been brilliant, England have been toothless and
Dick Turpin has lost the plot.
In an evening where he quite rightly let a lot go, how has he
perceived that Stones gas fouled the player and it was worthy of
a (2nd) yellow card? Very poor

That was probably the worst England performance I have seen in
my lifetime. Equally probably the worst second caution I've
ever seen given, the player just runs into the back of Stones,
he didn't even know he was there. Really, really poor for an
elite level referee, but it certainly didn't even come close to
changing the outcome.

I think the first yellow for Stones was debatable as well. Poor
from.Turpin all night but no where near as bad as England were.

Full agreed rustyref. And this is an elite ref who is going to
the World Cup as well. I despair! [emoji31]

The first one was nailed on, he has smashed him in the head with
his elbow, even though accidental it was very clearly reckless.

Perhaps the referees are tired and that is leading to mistakes,
which appears to be the reason being trotted out for the players
being so rubbish.
Guess if you are going to drop an absolute clanger like that you
might as well do it when the game is effectively over anyway.

Never a second yellow in a million years. Don’t think the first
one was a yellow either. Foul detection all game was random. He
has a strange style of if he is going for the card it’s
immediate or he is completely disinterested.
He seems to pick and choose when he gives out yellows like he
did in the UCL final. There was a yellow card worthy tackle on
Kalvin Phillips that he ignored completely.
If he has a game lite that in Qatar he will be packing his bags
after.
