Those that have decided to call time on their refereeing career
at the end of the 2021/22 season.

I feel for Kevin as he has had some injury list these last few
years, just as he was being seen as a very safe pair of NL hands
- I wish him well in retirement
Also wish Sarge a well earned rest, possibly one in the Gavin
Ward category who will be remembered (positively) most for his
lining rather than his reffing.

I understand Sarginson is taking up a role within the PGMOL.

Shame. He had a lot of potential but really was blighted by
injury.
Shades of Michael Naylor who was a fantastic young referee,
forced to retire due to injury.

Presumably Chris Sarginson is from official sources. If it is,
his last 'middle' was Mansfield v Stevenage on 23rd April. I
wish him and the others who are retiring all the best for the
future.
