Seen him a few times now & he is excellent. Imo he's an early
contender for the WC final!

He was excellent in the African Cup of Nations final

Totally agree, African refereeing gets a bad rap but they have
some fantastic officials who I think can push at this WC for big
games at the KO stage. At the moment though even before a ball
has been kicked I think Faghani is my favourite for the final.
If he performs as he did at the 2018 WC I think he deserves it.
