       Message Board Rules - update

       The admin team have reviewed the message board rules as we
       hadn't done so for a while.  There are no major changes but we
       have added in about reviews taking place for those on moderated
       posts. As you all agree to abide by the message board rules when
       you sign up to the forum, we also thought it would be a good
       chance to remind everyone about them and we encourage you to
       re-familiarise yourselves with them.
