Should be a penalty for Forest when Surridge was felled by
Travers.
Unfortunately Hatzidakis flagged incorrectly for offside and
Cooper going nuts on the touchline.
It’s been blood and thunder as predicted, a few calls Attwell
has not been correct with but hasn’t lost control of
proceedings.

My first thought was that it was a bit theatrical but will await
the replays to see how much contact there was. No disputing the
poor offside call though
Edit - yes, I didn't see the contact by the keeper's arm/hand,
so should be a penalty really. Not entirely sure the amount of
contact warranted the dramatic fall though!

Attwell and his team have had a nightmare first half. Fouls not
given, non fouls given, bookings that should and as for that
terrible offside decision which should have led to a penalty
where there were 2 Bournemouth players playing the Forest player
onside, not good enough for a FIFA team.
And before anyone asks, I don't support either team.

Great 1st half though entertainment wise.

It all started to go wrong when the purple kit Missy bmb ordered
was not delivered!

I'm not at all convinced the FK that led to the goal wasn't
simulation. Zamora(?) initiates contact and drags his foot to
make contact with McKenna.
That was my immediate impression in real time, and the one
replay I've seen didn't change that.
From a referee's perspective, these games are an absolute
nightmare. I wouldn't want to officiate one of these needing a
decent observer's mark for my season...

Congratulations to you both. I hope you have a more enjoyable
experience than what we have managed.
It would be fun to see Ben Pearson in the Premiership! Alas I
think he will be one of the first you discard. We need some
steel in our midfield perhaps we should swap him for
Cantwell[emoji7]
