       Yes, 4th official can get involved in pretty much anything these
       days.  If you watch them in some countries they pay zero
       attention to the technical areas and instead pace up and down
       the touchline following play as it is in front of them.

       Hungary they literally wander up as far as the penalty area on
       the same half of the pitch as the far side AR. I can't quite get
       used to it!
