Not impressed so far. Rodri should’ve been cautioned on 4
minutes and Felipe cautioned for clattering foden. Felipe then
booked for a nothing foul on De Bruyne. Missed a corner for city
as well.

Stones really should have been booked as well

Improved through the game. A few iffy decisions but in control
thankfully. Rodri finally cautioned but Stones should also as
JackSamuel mentions. I think Atletico should have had a penalty
for a foul on correa, but not clear and obvious to overturn.
Getting heated now

Least surprising mass confrontation ever! To be honest I think
he’s had this coming all game, never thought he was under total
control. Good and decisive help offered by the 4th official
though. Tough night.

The 90th minute has been chaos.
Obviously UCL is very different from domestic football, but I’d
be expecting 2 x mandatory cautions for both teams for that
fracas, plus the initiator.
In the end, Savic correctly cautioned for grabbing at Foden, and
Ake cautioned for - presumably - being the necessary Man City
player.
Felipe received a second caution. The commentary team believed
it to be for the tackle, but I couldn’t see anything reckless in
it. Perhaps he was overly aggressive in the melee?
Huge sympathy for the officials here. Perhaps, anyone else saw
something more deserving of sanction during the melee?

Felipe kicked Foden with the trailing leg after the tackle -
completely deliberate and correct sanction.

Distasteful scenes at the end of the match and UEFA will no
doubt be summoning both sides for a disciplinary hearing.

I was impressed by Siebert but he is being pushed quickly and is
still very much on a learning curve , thought he handled the
game well overall in the circumstances , excellent support from
4th official Felix Zwayer throughout the mass confrontation and
after the final whistle perfect example of the 4th official
being aware of what’s going on around him and supporting Siebert
