Adam Herczeg, from Gateshead. In his late 20s he is the
Newcastle United Foundation Project Manager and he has been
involved in charitable stuff since his schooldays. His name
suggests Hungarian somewhere in his genealogy.

I saw Adam at Grimsby vs Notts County in October and must admit
he struck out to me as someone who would be on EFL radar.
Excellent fitness, good man management and had to deal with a
sad and unsavoury racial incident which he did very professional
and empathetically.

Lisa Rashid replaced one of the assistants at Shrewsbury after
only ten minutes. Under 48 hours ago she was an assistant to
Rebecca Welch for a friendly match in Spain.

I find it ridiculous that the 48hour rule only applies to
referees. It should apply to the entire team, including VAR.
They have the same amount of travel, game wise for the ARs it's
also physically demanding, 4O & even more so VAR it's mentally
draining
