Looks like the PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, and sporting
director Leonardo took the defeat well.

They are disgusting. I'd love to see them get a long ban but I
suspect it will be a token €5 fine and an apology from UEFA that
the referee wasn't to their liking. [emoji35]
A typical Makkelie masterclass as is his way 99% of the time and
still gets threats - vile.

If I was asked now to predict a UEFA referee who might take
charge of the World Cup final later this year, I'd definitely go
for this guy.

Problem with that is that Mr Kuipers had the Euros so cant see
him having that until at least 2026.
However, he will definitley have one in his career as he is one
of, if not the best in the world at the moment
