       Even if an Indirect FK should be given there's nothing to stop
       him from playing an advantage. It's no different to any other
       kind of free kick where advantage is played. It's really sharp
       refereeing and great game awareness.
       I actually agree with Refwatcher that the first yellow was for
       adopting an aggressive attitude (unsporting behaviour).
