English referees / linesmen in the European competition finals.

On the old forum I posted a thread in respect of English
referees and linesmen in the European competition finals.
I have a couple of further queries I would like help with. They
all concern the names of the linesmen for the following two
matches:
1985-86 UEFA Cup Final - 30/04/1986 CF Real Madrid v 1.FC.
Koln
Referee: George Courtney
Linesmen: ?
1991-92 UEFA Cup Final 29/04/1992 Torino Calcio v AFC
Ajax
Referee: Joe Worrall
Linesmen: ?
As the old forum is now closed I thought I would take the
opportunity to list the one other match I am missing the
linesmen for:
Inter-Cities Fairs Cup Final - 26 June 1963 - Valencia CF v NK
Dinamo Zagreb
Referee: Kevin Howley.
Linesmen: ?
Any help would be most appreciated.

Kevin certainly used to do good business as an after dinner
speaker, quite a witty guy
Rejer was involved with PGMOL as a coach (not sure if he still
is)

I returned to Selhurst Park in 1997 after an absence of some
seven years and my first game there was Palace v Nottingham
Forest which Paul Rejer was in charge of. Tall chap with dark
hair, he refereed the game well.

Torino vs. Ajax: the reserve referee (fourth official) was Brian
Hill.
