No real surprises with the appointments - clear that Gillett is
a favoured VAR given his PL appointments this term as well as
this semi final!

Would like to see them take more of a risk and give Hooper or
England a go at these games but I do think that Pawson and
Oliver are doing well this season on the whole and they are
deserved appointments.

He genuinely hasn't - Tottenham v Chelsea in a semi final in
January 2019 was his last League Cup tie.

Congratulations to all, well deserved appointments.
I guess due to Oliver and Hatzidakis pulling out games at last
minute today, if this was injury or covid related,
They most probably will have to be replaced.
