       Mr Oldham Peterborough v Bradford

First time i have seen Mr Oldham, and I was very impressed.
Had an air of authority about him as well as good communication
       skills
Consistent in law applications and advantage
Even our delightful Mr Evans didn't get involved, although Mr
Oldham did have to calm down the Bradford bench after the Posh
       equaliser looked offside.
HOwever, the senior assistant had a poor game all afternoon so
they may have had just cause.
Overall one to watch i think

I find Mr Oldham inconsistent. On his day he has potential for
promotion, but on a bad day he struggles.

Once again I'm not sure how many of his matches you've seen to
identify inconsistency ? How many promotion potential displays
and how many bad days in the office.
I saw him for the first time 10 days ago and was reasonably
impressed. His movement around the pitch was excellent all the
more so for someone who has struggled with injuries during his
short career. His decision making was sound, cards were shown
correctly with authority and, a big plus for me, he seemed to be
       enjoying himself.

I concur with Skydank. It was my first sight of him too and I
came away with a positive impression despite the fact that I
thought he missed a couple of yellows early on: an reckless
challenge on the advancing Bradford goalkeeper who was clearly
going to win the ball by Matt Godden and a hack down by Tyler
Denton when a player went past him. He must have had a good
game to change my early opinion!

I have seen Mr Oldham 4 times - 3 times not involving my team.
For a Second-Year EFL official there won't be many who have seen
       more often.

I've seen Mr Oldham about 3x during his NL days. While he
deserved his elevation, I did think he missed a few incidents
during those days, which ought to have been picked up on.
Haven't seen any of his FL performances to assess how Mr Oldham
       has progressed.
