Some rather peculiar appointments being made here....Peter
Bankes refereed Tottenham at Wolves in Round 3 and Jon Moss
refereed West Ham at Manchester United in the same round. Now
the same two referees have the same teams again in Round 4. Am I
mistaken, or are there 22 referees on Select Group 1? Or does
anyone look at the appointments from previous rounds? All very
odd.

To be fair the appointments are no more strange and lacking in
thought or common sense than normal - we've been saying the same
thing for years!

Much as I love Andre as a referee and Jon Moss has a lot of
experience, why are they needed on this round?
