Quite. If you can't control yourself you certainly shouldn't be
responsible for controlling other people. Sack him.

Now may I present his chairman

Off to use some words very unbecoming of the sweet little old

It just says it all...
If I was one of those "piss poor local officials" I would not be
doing any of their games.
However, I will happily come out of retirement to take charge of
their next few games 😉
As for the manager "it would never get physical" I am sure I saw
him push his own player into one of the officials and if the
players hadnt been there?
If the Chairman is not going to do anything then the FA/local FA
must (I live in hope)

I see he has now deleted his Twitter account, obviously couldn't
handle being told he was not fit to be a club chairman!
Different chairman - me getting mixed up with al the abuse this
weekend & he's now issued an apology - see my later post!
I think the FA are investigating this one, not the county FA

be Alan Young”.

was right, Alan Young was officiating Wingate and Finchley

back to fitness, or has chosen to referee at this level, or has
been demoted (!), someone I’m sure can enlighten us.

Not strictly true. Purely on the basis of a very small sample of
relatively recent matches, he thoroughly deserves demotion.
One staggeringly awful performance came as a huge surprise as
I'd seen him perform satisfactorily at League level a few times.
Furthermore he had been decent or better when I'd seen him at
non-league level.
If he is working back to fitness, I wish him well. Even more so
if he has chosen to revert back to non-league.
Given his job, I don't see a demotion as being credible
(cronyism isn't the preserve of government).

I got it wrong, that was the chairman of Milbrook not Manor Farm
(whose manager is star of the repulsive video). He has since
deleted the tweet I linked to and put an apology. Now whether he
has done so due to the backlash or not is irrelevant, imo, as it
appears to have served as a major wake up call to him.
