Referees of Inter-League Internationals

There was an Association of Football Statisticians booklet on
these matches in the 1980s/1990s
I am not sure if it contained referee details but if someone has
a copy could they extract these please?
There is an online link which says it is free but you have to
provide your credit card details
including the three numbers on the back, so I am not going down
that road
These are those I cannot find on the newspaper archive
The second part is those found but needing first names

In the attached obituary for John Carpenter there is mention of
a Kevin Redmond, who could be your man from 1959?
