       Not a late replacement.
       Change of policy to have the same 3rd umpire all day allowing
       the other three to have two games each onfield.

       I remember when it first started, they had 3 umpires at Finals
       Day, each getting 2 matches in the day - so it's almost a return
       to that policy.
