       AFAIK He is no longer a FIFA referee. He did retain his FIFA
       status when he first came to England until the end of that year
       (2019 I think) but as far as I know you cannot be nominated to
       the FIFA list unless you are officiating in the top division of
       the country in question so he dropped off the FIFA list at the
       end of that year. I can see no reason should he be promoted to
       the PL that he cannot be nominated again for the FIFA list.
       In terms of his status as a previous FIFA referee, I don't know
       how the categories within AFC work but he has officiated AFC
       Champions League group games but no KO so I am guessing he was
       in their equivalent of the UEFA first group?

       Jarred was considered one of, if not the, top Referees in
       Australia prior to his move, very highly thought of by clubs in
       Australia and by the FFA hierarchy.
       In regards to how the AFC categories work, while there are
       categories, they aren't as clearly defined as in UEFA which
       leads to a decent deal of guess work as to where a specific
       referee ranks in that regard. As a gauge he was nominated for
       the upcoming 2022 WC as a VAR prior to his move to the UK, where
       as Chris Beath was nominated as Referee - for context, Jarred is
       probably the Michael Oliver to Beath's Andy Taylor, where Jarred
       seems to be somewhat liked/rated domestically, Chris's style
       suits better to International football which finds him rated
       more highly by the powers that be in AFC.
       In regards to his current FIFA Status, while he held on to his
       FIFA Badge in 2019, he was still listed as an Australian FIFA
       Referee and subsequently handed his badge back/was not
       re-nominated by FFA for 2020.
