       There is usually a mixture every week, ranging from Conference
       referees, league 1 and 2 referees and Select Group 2 referees.
       There has also even been occasions when Assistant referee’s from
       Select Group 2 have been fourth official this season. From the
       conference, I’ve seen the likes of Daniel Lamport, Daniel
       Middleton, James Durkin all have fourth official appointments in
       the championship this season. There are probably more too.
