I've seen it on Sky Sports news and I think he could have given
a yellow, but on saying that the Boro player should have gone
with him as he swung an arm first, but I guess the ref saw it
but it did happen right on front of the dugouts woth the
assistant and 4th offfical 10 yds away

I have not seen the Alex Neil incident however, I feel if one
goes then they both go. So it's incorrect for me

In my opinion, they should both have been sent off, one for the
swinging arm, the other for retaliation.
