Morelos Caution Appeal

I was curious to read that Rangers are appealing the caution
handed out to Alfredo Morelos recently for simulation. I have
always understood that a caution can only be appealed in the
case of mistaken identity or have the appeal rules changed since
I was active?

Only claims for mistaken identity for cautions in England - this
is in Scotland though, so different disciplinary processes

Well - he gets so many cards in a season - by the balance of
probability - he's bound to get at least 0.5% of them
overturned...
