Why wasn't Dias sent off following the Liverpool penalty as he
made no attempt to play the ball and just pulled Salah back?

The covering defender was clearing the ball at the point of the
offence so not a DOGSO offence

Agreed, SPA with no attempt to play the ball yellow card
correct.
I thought Oliver was good, both penalties correct IMO. Only
negative is a I think Mane should have been cautioned in the
first half.

Agree, there was no attempt to play the ball so had Stones not
been covering it would have had to be a red for DOGSO.

It was still a foul though. Unfortunately players feel the need
to do this, but referees have to take some of the blame as if
they stay on their feet it often isn't given.
