Crazy scenes here, I don’t want to report anything incorrectly
but at the moment the match is suspended it seems as the FO has
been accused of using inappropriate language.
Reported Istanbul refusing to continue unless he is removed.

The ref probably said: 'jucatorul negru', which is translated as
'the black player'. 'Negru' and 'negro' are very similar in
pronounciation.
He's right on the pronunciation but even so that would still be
absolutely ignorant, if he said that.

Probably more likely to be the Ref Liaison officer at the ground
or a local ref will be called in. Németh Ádam took over as 4O
in Hungary last year after a injury, was funny seeing him as 4O
in a suit and tie. The VAR is unlikely to be at the ground.

Fourth official I believe not Hategan was the one who said it?
If so I have sympathy for Hategan I feel this will have serious
repercussions for his career.
I agree with you, deeply deeply ignorant on a number of levels
