Those listed are the persons featured in the referee article
series in the newspaper, NOT the Liverpool match referee that
day in the programme

There are two very useful websites giving details of referees
for Leeds games v Liverpool and v Chelsea - lfchistory.net and
stamford-bridge.com/referee .
They are not 100%, for example F V Stringer does not appear in
the Nov 1955 game which you mention, but they are still v useful
particularly for games from the 1960s and 1970s onwards.
Linesmen / ARs are not included.

I checked a programme too it was F.V. Stringer
I only need 3 refs* + 3 items to be clarified
* from 2 FA Cup qualifying rounds
