After much digging and NOT paying for the 192 rip off premium
service
I found that the 2002 address matches the 1950s one
Which leads eventually to
Stanley William Barker (1913-2003)
Thanks for the lead

So is that the same man ? We seem to have gone from S W Barker
to Stanley William Baxter ?

04/11/1958 – D. Lewis (Dalston, London) & Alfred "Alf" John
"Jack" Sturgeon (Putney, London)
I think D. Lewis maybe Dennis Lewis.
The two attached newspaper cutting indicate this may be him.
Can anyone just rule out that there wasn't any other " D. Lewis'
" on the linesman list for the period?

There were three F.L. lines called Lewis in 1958-59
George R. (also appearing above) of Malvern
John G.D. of Port Talbot
and
D. (now found to be Dennis) of 28 Lewis (sic) Flats, Amhurst
Toad, Dalston, London E8
Which just leaves J.H. Robinson
Flat 1, 26 Denbigh Street, Victoria, London S.W.1
