Ki v Slovan Bratislava postponed is this due to COVID tests
being positive ?

Yes. Positive test for someone from Bratislava - reports suggest
the physio. Entire squad now in quarantine due to the local
rules on the faroe Islands. Bratislava have until Friday to
bring over their reserve team/youth team to play the game or
they will forfeit it.
Sounds like a clash going on with UEFA & the local authorities.
Under UEFA procol the players are allowed to play if they
repeatedly test negative, which they have but the final decision
is up to the authorities in the Faroe Isles who have quarantined
everyone who arrived on Monday as per their local rules. UEFA
are trying to persuade them to release the players testing
negative from quarantine & allow them to play the game.
Bratislava have said they will fly further players over.

It was someone from Bratislava that tested positive with covid
but it appeared that the local authority worked against UEFA in
relation to quarantining all Bratislava's players who UEFA had
cleared because they repeatedly tested negative. It depends
therefore if UEFA decide them to have been unreasonable with
quarantining players they themselves had deemed fit or if they
hold Bratislava responsible due to the physio testing positive
with covid in the first place.
It appears the local authorities claim that one of the reserve
squad who arrived yesterday also tested positive and have now
quarantined a 2nd plane load of Slovaks. Bratislava are
disputing it saying he tested negative prior to flying.
UEFA yet to make a decision but it is likely to be that Klaksvik
are awarded a 3-0 win and will go into the next round.

From the UEFA regulations:
(ii) If restrictions imposed by the national/local authorities
of the home club’s country apply to the visiting club, the home
club must propose a suitable alternative venue which may be in a
neutral country (within the territory of a UEFA member
association) that would allow the match to take place without
any restrictions for both clubs. If the home club fails to
propose such suitable alternative venue, the club in question
will be held responsible for the match not taking place and the
match will be declared by the UEFA Control, Ethics and
Disciplinary Body to be forfeited by the home club, which will
be considered to have lost it 3-0.
