Big appointment for Russell Warren in what is only his third
season on the main list. I remember he had a T20 Quarter Final
last year too, the ECB must rate him highly. Bailey rather
predictable though.
Shame to not see Evans or Lloyds involved.

Lloyds and Evans couldn’t be appointed due to ECB hotel policy
this year.
Also the reason some umpires have only done games at certain
grounds.
